About Jennifer Carlson (Pirouette)
Jennifer Carlson hails from Albany, N.Y. where she trained and danced with the Albany Berkshire Ballet
and The Capital Ballet. She attended the HARTT School at the University of Hartford where she had
the opportunity to work with the Hartford Ballet,
performing original works by Kirk Peterson.
She has been living in New York since college and has danced as a member of Off Center Dance Theater, Bodiography Contemporary Ballet, Axis Danz, and in the Bessie Award winning Descent, choreographed by Noemie Lafrance. Jennifer is the Assistant Artistic Director of Axis Danz and is currently collaborating on the creation of an Off Broadway Show.
